Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a training course registration must be made in writing and sent by email to cfe_course@senapa.eu. Please note that cancellation of a membership may be subject to penalties according to the terms and conditions of service.
Refunds: If cancellation is made within 30 working days before the start of the course, the full amount paid will be refunded, minus 10% as a refund of administrative and handling fee.
Late cancellation penalty: In case of late cancellation, defined as a cancellation made after 30 days but within 15 working days before the start of the course, a penalty equal to 30 percent of the total cost of the training course will be charged.
Participant Substitution: If a registered participant is unable to attend the training and wishes to substitute with another participant, this will only be possible with prior written approval from Senapa Consulting.
Course Changes: Senapa Consulting reserves the right to make changes to the training courses at any time and without prior notice. In case of cancellation of a training course by Senapa Consulting, an opportunity to attend another course will be offered or the full amount paid will be refunded.
Limitation of Liability: Senapa Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profit or data, caused by cancellation of a training course or inability to participate in a training course.
Applicable Law: These clauses are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from the cancellation of a training course will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction Forum of Rome.
