Conditions Related to Cancellation of Course Registration

  1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a training course registration must be made in writing and sent by email to cfe_course@senapa.eu. Please note that cancellation of a membership may be subject to penalties according to the terms and conditions of service.

  2. Refunds: If cancellation is made within 30 working days before the start of the course, the full amount paid will be refunded, minus 10% as a refund of administrative and handling fee.

  3. Late cancellation penalty: In case of late cancellation, defined as a cancellation made after 30 days but within 15 working days before the start of the course, a penalty equal to 30 percent of the total cost of the training course will be charged.

  4. If cancellation is made after this period, no refund will be provided.
  5. Participant Substitution: If a registered participant is unable to attend the training and wishes to substitute with another participant, this will only be possible with prior written approval from Senapa Consulting.

  6. Course Changes: Senapa Consulting reserves the right to make changes to the training courses at any time and without prior notice. In case of cancellation of a training course by Senapa Consulting, an opportunity to attend another course will be offered or the full amount paid will be refunded.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Senapa Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profit or data, caused by cancellation of a training course or inability to participate in a training course.

  8. Applicable Law: These clauses are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from the cancellation of a training course will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction Forum of Rome.
