1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using the registration form on the Senapa Consulting srl (hereafter Senapa Consulting) website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before registering.

2. Personal Information: In order to register for training courses, you must provide some personal information, such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and other information requested by the registration form. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

3. User responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials to the Senapa Consulting website and for using the registration form only for your own personal purposes. You are responsible for any damage caused to the website or other users due to your use of the registration form.

4. Payment: Payment for training courses must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by Senapa Consulting. Senapa Consulting reserves the right to change the prices of training courses at any time and without prior notice.

5. Course availability: Senapa Consulting is committed to delivering the trainings professionally and with the utmost attention to quality. However, Senapa Consulting does not guarantee the availability of all training courses at all times. In case of technical problems or other impediments, Senapa Consulting will do its best to resolve them as soon as possible.

6. Course cancellation: Senapa reserves the right to cancel the course where the minimum number of participants is not reached. In case of cancellation nothing will be due the members as a penalty. Senapa Consulting will issue regular credit notes and provide a full refund of any amounts paid within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of notification of cancellation.
