You are responsible for any damage caused to the website or other users due to your use of the registration form.

4. Payment: Payment for training courses must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by Senapa Consulting. Senapa Consulting reserves the right to change the prices of training courses at any time and without prior notice.

5. Course availability: Senapa Consulting is committed to delivering the trainings professionally and with the utmost attention to quality. However, Senapa Consulting does not guarantee the availability of all training courses at all times. In case of technical problems or other impediments, Senapa Consulting will do its best to resolve them as soon as possible.

6. Course cancellation: Senapa reserves the right to cancel the course where the minimum number of participants is not reached. In case of cancellation nothing will be due the members as a penalty. Senapa Consulting will issue regular credit notes and provide a full refund of any amounts paid within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of notification of cancellation.

: Senapa Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profit or data, caused by the use or inability to use the registration form or training courses provided by Senapa Consulting.

9. Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from the use of the registration form or training courses provided by Senapa Consulting will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
