2. Registration and Payment

• Course registration is considered complete only after receipt of full payment of the registration fee.
• Senapa Consulting reserves the right to cancel the registration in the event of non-payment by the deadline.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by the participant: The conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy available on the site apply.
• Cancellation by the organiser: In the event of cancellation by Senapa Consulting, a full refund or transfer of enrolment to another course will be offered.

4. Changes to the Course

• Senapa Consulting reserves the right to change the course content, venue or dates. Participants will be informed with adequate notice.
• In the event of significant changes, participants may request cancellation and receive a full refund.

5. Responsibilities of the Participant

• Senapa Consulting is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from participation in the courses, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
