Course Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Participant

• Within 30 days of the start of the course: You may cancel your course registration with a full refund. The cancellation request must be sent by email to [email address] at least 30 days prior to the course start date.

• Within 15-29 days from the start of the course: You may cancel your course registration with a 50% refund of the registration fee. The cancellation request must be sent by email to [email address] at least 15 days prior to the course start date.

• Less than 15 days from the start of the courseNo reimbursement is possible. However, the participant may transfer his or her registration to another person by prior agreement with the organisation. The transfer request must be sent by email to cfe-course@senapa.eu at least 5 days before the start of the course.

2. Cancellation by the Organiser

• In case of cancellation of the course by the organiser, all participants will be informed by email as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the possibility to transfer to another course of equal value.

• The organiser reserves the right to cancel the course at any time for unforeseen reasons such as, for example, not reaching the minimum number of participants or logistical problems. In such cases, a full refund or the possibility of transferring the enrolment to another course of equal value will be offered.

3. Changes to the Course

• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the course content, venue or timetable if necessary. Participants will be informed of any changes with as much notice as possible.

• In the event of significant changes, such as a change of venue or dates, participants will be able to cancel their registration with a full refund if they are unable to participate under the new conditions.

4. Communications

• All requests for cancellation, transfer or other communications should be sent by email to cfe-course@senapa.eu

• Requests will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
